OH HEY GUYS!

It’s been a while! Here’s a quick update on my health and fitness regeneration. Summer was great in trying to get back into good habits, but going to the UK proved to be doing the opposite for me.

SEPTEMBER was spent going back to London and enjoying the city I used to live in and love so much. Of course the majority was spent going to new restaurants, meeting up with friends and getting incredibly inebriated

OCTOBER was spent moving into my new home in Brighton, settling in, making my room a comfortable space and getting into school mode. Well, the second half was spent in bed with a stomach flu (which brought my weight down a lot).

NOVEMBER thus far… I went to Rome with did not do too well for my hopeful weight loss. But hey! It’s only the second week and there’s no point in giving up.

In October, I weighed just over 131lbs and I’m now in between 125-128lbs just from reducing alcohol to once a week and sticking to mostly fruits and vegetable. Fitness wise- NO PROGRESS! But I tend to get affected by S.A.D.

Fingers crossed I get back to a comfortable me- I’m spending NYE in BORACAY!

I am exhausted!

I arrived in London last Saturday and have had zero time to rest from a stressful few weeks. My eyes are deep, my feet are blistered and my back is sore. Nothing sounds better than just spending hours in my sisters comfortable bed and watching movies… And that’s not going to happen.

More horrible news- I bought this dress for the White Party in Manila and decided to give myself a challenge and got it one size too small (8 UK). It was a tight fit, but I was able to wear it comfortably (if comfortable means being unable to raise your arms). I tried it on the other day and my sister struggled to zip it all the way up. Well, let’s be honest, we couldn’t even zip it half way up.

I’ve definitely, definitely, gained weight. But! Now that my summer with the family is over, I can finally stop using them as an excuse to indulge in such luxurious meals.

So! Here’s to eating clean and working out… again. I promise myself no shopping until I get back to a healthy size 8. Let’s get working, tumblr!

I’ve been going through my boxes I had sent to Switzerland from London last December. It’s really shocking to try on some clothes and seeing how much weight I’ve actually lost, especially when I tried on these black skinny jeans. I didn’t even have to unbutton them to put them on! These are a size 14 UK (42).
I pat my back.

skinny-california-deactivated20 asked: how did you lose thirty pounds like that and how long did it take?

Mostly by HCG, and after, I continued to eat clean (but with a higher calorie intake) and lots and lots of regular exercise. As in, being extremely cautious with what I put in my mouth (being loyal to fruits and vegetables) and exercising 4-6 times week (mixture of cardio, strength training, abs, yoga etc.)

Anonymous asked: I don't understand why your tumblr name is 'au revoir fat'. Au revoir means 'see you again', so do you want to gain weight again?

Yes, that is EXACTLY what I meant. I want to throw all my hard work away and gain back every single pound. I’m glad you truly understand the name behind my tumblr blog.

I need help

I arrived back from a five day vacation in Dublin with my family two days ago. Ireland is such a beautiful country, but let’s be honest, in terms of food and alcohol… not so desirable. Within three days, my stomach bloated and my thighs started rubbing together even with all the walking we did.
No use in crying over the obvious weight gain- holidays are designed to make you fat in days! I mean, what’s the point in going to a foreign country if you don’t indulge in the local cuisine and try their beers?
The day I got back, I waited for the devilish Swiss sun to calm down, put my running shoes on and went for a jog. Point is: don’t count calories on holiday. Don’t think about how greasy and unhealthy the food is. Don’t write down how many pints of beer you had, or how little exercise you get. Enjoy yourself! What is five days out 365?
Pictures to come…
